An online cosmetics store built on OpenCart with a modern responsive design and optimized category structure. The project aimed to automate sales operations, integrate with the company’s internal 1C system, and provide seamless logistics and online payments.
The main challenge was to connect multiple external systems — 1C for inventory and accounting, Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta for delivery, and WayForPay for payments — while maintaining stability and scalability. Additionally, the client required a centralized product management hub and improved performance for thousands of SKUs.
Developed a custom OpenCart-based platform with deep 1C synchronization (XML/JSON exchange), integrated shipping APIs (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta), and WayForPay payment gateway. Implemented automated order processing, SEO optimization, and enhanced admin tools for efficient content and stock management. The result was a fully automated workflow and significantly reduced manual operations.
